1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any Kingdom Defense training, event, course, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to all in-person, scenario-based, classroom-based, live-fire, dry-fire, and medical training activities.

2. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in training activities offered by Kingdom Defense involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, emotional stress, or property damage.

Training may involve:

• Firearms or simulated weapons

• Physical movement and exertion

• Medical response scenarios

• Stress-inducing or time-sensitive environments

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

3. Firearms and Safety Compliance

Participants agree to:

• Follow all instructor commands and safety rules

• Handle firearms or training platforms only when directed

• Adhere to all range, facility, and Kingdom Defense safety protocols

Kingdom Defense reserves the right to remove any participant immediately for unsafe behavior, without refund.

4. Medical Training Disclaimer

Medical training provided by Kingdom Defense is educational in nature and does not replace professional medical licensure, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participants are responsible for understanding their scope of practice and applicable laws governing medical response in their jurisdiction.

5. Eligibility and Fitness to Participate

By registering, you certify that:

• You are physically and mentally capable of participating

• You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions

• You meet all stated prerequisites

Kingdom Defense reserves the right to deny participation if safety concerns arise.

6. Photography, Video, and Media Release

You grant Kingdom Defense permission to photograph or record training activities and to use such media for training, marketing, or documentation purposes, unless explicitly opted out in writing prior to the event.

7. Cancellation, Refunds, and Transfers

• Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Kingdom Defense may reschedule or cancel events due to operational needs

• Registrations may be transferred at Kingdom Defense’s discretion

Failure to attend does not constitute grounds for a refund.

8. Removal and Termination

Kingdom Defense reserves the right to remove any participant for:

• Unsafe conduct

• Failure to follow instructions

• Disruptive behavior

Removal may occur without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Defense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in training activities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Modifications

Kingdom Defense reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
