 lty Care (TECC) course is an immersive\, three-day training event designed

  TECC as a method-based framework\, informed by Tactical Combat Casualty C
 are (TCCC) principles\, to guide medical decision-making where responder s
 afety\, movement\, environmental threats\, and time-critical care intersec
 t. Participants are trained not only to perform medical interventions\, bu
 t to determine when\, why\, and how those interventions should be applied 
 under realistic stress. This course progresses from structured classroom i
 nstruction to live-fire and high-fidelity simulation scenarios\, culminati
 ng in complex medical response problems that demand judgment\, communicati
 on\, and disciplined execution under pressure. Training Philosophy and Foc
 us TECC and TCCC are treated in this course as decision-making systems\, n
